About JEN
With an extensive background in physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology, Jen combines scientific knowledge and decades of practical experience to help people of all abilities find better alignment, function, and relief from pain. Jen has worked with everyone from those with severe disabilities (including MS, Parkinson’s, and dementia) to professional athletes, bringing compassion and expertise to every session.
Approach & Philosophy
Jen specializes in postural alignment therapy—helping clients understand how alignment affects degeneration, pain, and athletic performance at every level. Alignment is the foundation of every program, customized for each client’s unique needs.
Jen’s personal and professional experience, including time representing the US Olympic windsurfing team and leading an Egoscue clinic, informs a holistic, client-centered approach. Today, Jen offers one-on-one therapy, group classes, and corporate workshops in Sausalito and the Bay Area, empowering people to take charge of their health and function at their best.
