I had a very troublesome back problem, once I started Egoscue with Jen it has disappeared.  I started with Jen about 6-7 years ago with an individual class that was so helpful, then I continued at Harbor Point.  Followed by the pandemic when Jen started on Zoom—that is perfect.  Three days a week at 8 am to 9 am—right in my downstairs computer room/office—so handy, and so important for my body.  Thank you, Jen.

Jen Fuller is a gifter bodyworker who has been helping me for 12 years to stay healthy and flexible. I started taking her Egoscue classes after having many injury issues with Yoga. I have never been injured in Jen's classes.

She has very detailed knowledge of how are bodies are connect and she draws from other disciplines where appropriate. Her zoom classes are never boring or routine. I am approaching 80 years and I am grateful for her help maintaining my flexibility and health.

Jen’s Egosque class has been part of my life for the past 10 years. Prior to that , my back was constantly a problem and it was painful. Since I have been attending her class, mostly online, but occasionally in person, I have had not one back problem. This is an incredible body alignment class. Every muscle in the body is stretched with movements that are always comfortable. At the end of the class I feel like a different person, relaxed and yet energetic. After taking the class, Monday, Wednesday and Friday I always feel full of energy and my muscles and body are relaxed.

Jen has an incredible way of making you feel good and comfortable with what you were doing. There’s no stress in this class as everyone works at their own pace at their own ability. She is a marvelous communicator. She talks you through all the exercises in a way that is comforting and supportive.

I took her class once live and brought along a body worker who also participated in the class. He has a successful business back east .Since taking that class he has been recommending to some of his clients that they take this class with Jen online

I had tried Egoscue twice before for sciatica from scoliosis without getting the superior results I’ve gotten with master teacher Jen Fuller.

She is highly trained and brings insight, intimate knowledge of the body, and experience from years as a body worker, decades as a top tier teacher, and as a life-long athletic competitor - a potent mix.

At 81, I’m able to stay active and strong, balanced, and reasonably pain free.

I'm in my third year of attending 3 times a week, practicing almost daily for the first two years.

I continue to improve which feels empowering and gives me confidence.

Recently my right sacroiliac when ‘out.’ We had a private session on Zoom. Jen designed a short exercise regimen which helped me quickly eliminate the issue.

About 8 years ago I started having some back pains that gradually got worse.   The pain number was about 8 out of 10.  I went to see a very good orthopedic surgeon who ordered some x-rays and an MRI.  The results showed that I had a type of osteoarthritis of the spine, called spondylosis. The surgeon was worried that I might have nerve damage to my right foot and wouldn’t be able to walk properly.  My right thigh was cold and numb to the touch.  The surgeon suggested fusion surgery to correct my back and avoid long term damage.  That’s when I discovered Jen Fuller and the Egoscue method.  When Jen and I had our first one-on-one meeting I brought all my diagnostic information for her to see what was wrong.  She took pictures of my posture and created an e-exercise menu tailored to my issues.  She then showed me how to do the exercises.  The menu took about 45 minutes to complete.  Then, almost at the end of the menu, I was lying on the floor on my tummy and Jen had me do an exercise called “hand-leg-opposite-blocked”.   While I was in the position, suddenly I felt some hot currents going down my numb-feeling thigh and then my leg and foot felt normal again.  I practiced my exercise menu morning and night for the next 7 months and my back got healthy again.  Even now, my back pain is almost always zero and if I have some back pain, I do a few exercises to feel better.  I take Jen’s classes twice a week and every single time, my alignment feels perfect!  I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jen is as well as the Egoscue Methods!  Everyone should practice this for your body’s well being!
