One-on-one postural alignment therapy is designed to help individuals understand their body and restore natural movement patterns for reduced pain and greater ease. Using a holistic evaluation, the process goes beyond treating the symptom—looking for underlying misalignments affecting the whole body. For example, pain in the shoulder can often be traced through muscle chains all the way to the hips or feet, so therapy focuses on reconnecting and balancing the entire system.
